On August 10, 2021, Nadia Flewellen, 32, died in a horrific accident in Gary, Hebron. Nadia’s parents, John and Sarah Flewellen, welcomed her into the world on June 5th, 1989 in Chicago, Illinois.

Nadia was adored by many people as their daughter, sister, and friend. She earned a communications degree from Indiana University and was enthusiastic about a future in public relations. Nadia was well known for her contagious grin, her kind nature, and her passion for exploration.

John and Sarah, Nadia’s parents, as well as Michael and Emily, her two siblings, are still alive. Her absence will be sorely felt by her family and friends.

On August 17th at 2:00 PM, there will be a memorial ceremony at Gary’s First Baptist Church in Hebron. The family requests American Red Cross donations in Nadia’s memory in lieu of flowers.
