“Here’s what I’m going to say,” Alsina began in response. “People can have all the ideas they like, but what doesn’t sit well with me is that my character is in question, when certain things are questionable and I know it’s not me or that I know that I did not.”
He continued: “Contrary to what some believe, I am not a troublemaker. I don’t like drama. Drama makes me nauseous… I also don’t think it’s always important for people to know what I do, who I sleep with, who I date. ‘
However, the singer explained, “In this case, it’s very different because, like I said, there are so many people looking at me sideways, looking at me questioningly about it. I lost money, friendships, relationships behind it all and I think it’s because people don’t necessarily know the truth, but I never did anything wrong. I love these people.
Obviously referring to Jada and Will, he continued, “I have nothing to say about them. They are beautiful people.

As for why he remained silent about the alleged relationship, “I never want to be the person who confuses people because I love these people,” he said. “I really really do and I’ve literally never been in love with it that way, so much so that being intertwined that way – stepping away from it has slaughtered me.
Alsina also said the so-called split “will probably be the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced in this life.”
“I want to honor myself and I want to honor my authenticity,” Alsina said. “If honoring my authenticity means you hate me, stone me, shoot me, crucify me, whatever – bury me an honest man.
