Andre Tyrone Moore Metropolitan Funeral

Andre Tyrone Moore 61, was born on June 10th, 1961 in Norfolk Virginia to Bernice Shambley and Charles Moore, Sr. He went on to complete his schooling in the Virginia public school system. Andre joined the Army in 1980 where he became a medical specialist, and earned several medals including good conduct, Army Service Ribbon, Driver and Mechanic Badge, and Sharpshooter badge.

During his time of service he learned a lot including mechanics, which he would go on to later pursue as a career and if anyone knew him they would know that was one of his passions. He also loved to travel, his travels led him across the U.S. to many states including Nevada, Kansas, Maryland, California, and Seattle Washington. He always believed there were always other sites to see and explore.  Andre was married to Veda. He was known by family and friends for his great smile, and kind, warm, giving heart.

Andre was predeceased by his mother, Bernice Shambley Vinson; His father, Charles Moore Sr; brothers, Douglas Moore and David Holloway; friend, Joan Wilkerson; son, Daley Barnwell-Moore.

 Andre is survived by his children, Audrina Moore, Jamilla Barnwell, Caleb Moore, Giovonni Moore, and Reginald Barnwell; grandchildren, Giovonni Moore Jr, Kishawna Goodly,  Kashia Moore, Keymon Moore;  siblings, Charles Moore Jr. (Beverley), Bernetta Vinson, Matilda Sherroid, Loretta Moore, Dwayne Moore (Erika), Clinton Moore (Fatmata), Michael Banks (Ingrid), and Alton Couther; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Andre will be truly missed!
